Fragment of an andiron (portable hearths) with applied anthropomorphic decoration. Andirons bearing schematic representations of human faces characterize the houses of Khirbet Kerak Ware/Kura-Araxes immigrants, arrived in the Southern Levant in the 29th century BCE.
